User Agreement

EASY FINANCE PVT LTD
A company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017, licensed as a non-banking finance company with license NO. SECP/LRD/138/EFPL/2024-257.

EASY FINANCE PVT LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the LoanLado mobile application (the “App”) and provide various loan services on the App (the “Service”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before using this application, please read the following User Agreement carefully. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions described in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use any part of the Service. These Terms of Use represent a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user ("You" or "Your") and LoanLado ("We", "Us" or "Our").

The Application is aimed at Pakistani natural persons with legal capacity to enter into contracts. It should be noted that minors, persons who have been judicially declared incapacitated or those subject to limitations imposed by any other contract, agreement or commercial relationship are expressly excluded. It is important to clarify that these exclusions are provided as examples, but are not limited to them.

Before accessing or using the Services, please take the time to carefully review these terms and conditions.

Consent

By registering or using the application, you unequivocally demonstrate your complete and unreserved consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are mandatory and legally binding. Therefore, if you do not agree or accept these Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy, you must refrain from continuing to use the Application.

It is your responsibility as a user to carefully read and fully understand the conditions described below before taking any action on the Website and/or registering and requesting any services through the Application.

Loan Service Platform

  1. To access and use the services of the LoanLado platform, you must be over 18 years of age.
  2. Once registered, LoanLado will ask additional questions and request more information to carry out the necessary signing and delivery of the credit processes. It is important to note that LoanLado is a non-banking financial institution authorized to grant credits in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to Credit Operations.
  3. You can use LoanLado to apply for a personal loan, and we will provide you with a suitable loan plan based on the personal information you provide.

User Account

  1. To access our products or services, each user must first complete the registration process through the Application. This involves creating a user account and password by providing all the necessary information in the application fields.
  2. It is essential that the user maintains the confidentiality of their password since they are responsible for all actions they take with their account. Access to the account is restricted to exclusive knowledge of the password.
  3. If you forget your validation data or suspect unauthorized access, it is your responsibility as a Client and/or User to notify LoanLado. You can do this during the login process by selecting "Forgot or don't have a password?" option or by sending an email to info@easyfinance.tech
  4. In addition, it is essential to highlight that during the registration process it is strictly prohibited to sell, assign or transfer the account. The user must not provide access to his or her account to any other person, including transferring the account or its information to another person. In the event of any suspected unauthorized access, it is imperative that you notify us as soon as possible.
  5. Account Suspension: The Application reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account or its services without prior notice if the user:
    • Violate any Pakistani law or any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
    • Engages in fraudulent activities.
    • Provides false or fraudulent information, making it impossible to verify your identity.
  6. Account Termination: Users may cancel their accounts at any time, as long as there are no outstanding payment obligations.

Personal Information

  1. Information relating to the User’s identity such as the full name, date of birth, gender, residential address, phone number, identification number, email, User's bank account information, family details, education details.
  2. Biometric information including facial data: We collect your facial data by requesting you taking a live face photo during the facial recognition process and will use and process it for the following purposes:
    • To verify your identification;
    • To prove the loan is applied by yourself, at the time of loan application and any other time other that, including when there is a dispute regarding the loan;
    • To prevent loan fraud.
  3. Information related to customer KYC: user CNIC, user photo and any other information deemed necessary by the regulatory authorities in Pakistan for KYC purposes;
  4. Emergency contact: We will not read your address book. You can fill in or manually select two contact information, including name, relationship, mobile phone number, etc. In addition, we will not obtain any unselected address book information.
  1. The platform may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts or reject user requests if their data cannot be verified or alterations or falsifications are detected.
  2. The account of each user within the application or website is personal, unique and non-transferable. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited for an account holder to register or own more than one account on the same application. If multiple accounts are detected with matching or related information, they may be terminated, suspended, or disabled without liability.
  3. We collect and use data in strict compliance with Pakistani laws and regulations and attach great importance to the privacy of our users. All data uploaded to our servers will be encrypted and protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate https://www.loanlado.com. If you wish to view, change or delete data, you can contact our customer service at any time info@easyfinance.tech

Intellectual Property

  1. By using the Application, the Website or its "LoanLado" services, users do not acquire any license or right over the intellectual property of "LoanLado". This means that the use of these platforms does not grant explicit or implicit authorization to use their systems and content for purposes other than those described in this document.
  2. Users acknowledge and accept that the Application, the Website and any software necessary to access and use the services of "LoanLado" contain confidential information belonging to "LoanLado" and/or third parties. This information is protected by intellectual property laws and other applicable regulations. Likewise, users understand that the content found in the Application and on the "LoanLado" Website belongs exclusively to "LoanLado". The rights related to its use and exploitation, such as publication, reproduction, distribution, transformation and dissemination, correspond solely to "LoanLado" and are safeguarded by national and international laws on copyright, trademarks, patents and industrial designs.
  3. The "LoanLado" brand is protected by the current Intellectual Property Law. Consequently, any use, downloading, dissemination, display, exploitation or commercialization, in whole or in part, identical or potentially confusing in any way, by any means, including printed, magnetic, optical, electronic or computer, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization by writing of “LoanLado”.
  4. Violation of the above terms or any relevant legislation on intellectual and industrial property and copyright will be treated as a criminal offence. Consequently, users must refrain from improper use and any form of unauthorized reproduction of these systems and content.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

"LoanLado" reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, making the revised terms available to the public in the Application or on the Website. If a user does not agree with the changes, they must communicate their objections via email to the following address: info@easyfinance.tech within 5 (five) days following the date of publication of the modifications. In such case, the user's account will be canceled, provided that there are no amounts owed to “LoanLado”. Once this period has passed without objection from the user, the user will be considered to accept the new Terms and Conditions.

Information Privacy

  1. To use the Services offered by LoanLado, Users must provide certain personal data. Your personal information is processed and stored on servers or magnetic media that maintain high standards of security and protection, both physical and technological.
  2. All data will be encrypted and uploaded to our server www.LoanLado.app. We will not leak them to any third party without your permission.
  3. For more information about the privacy of Personal Data and cases in which personal information will be revealed, you can consult our Privacy Notice.

Compensation

The User will indemnify and hold harmless LoanLado, its subsidiaries, controlled and/or controlling companies, directors, administrators, representatives and employees, for any claim or demand from other Users or third parties for their activities on the Platforms or for their breach of the Terms and Conditions. General Conditions and other Policies that are understood to be incorporated herein or for the violation of any laws or rights of third parties, including attorneys' fees in a reasonable amount.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This agreement will be governed in all its points by the laws in force in the Republic of Pakistan, in particular regarding data messages, electronic contracting and electronic commerce, it will be governed by the provisions of the respective federal legislation. Any controversy arising from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance, will be subject to the applicable laws and the competent Courts.

Contact Details and Responsible Entity

Any disputes regarding this Policy shall be subject to LoanLado’s terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, any provisions relating to indemnification, limitation of liability with respect to damages, choice of law and forum for dispute resolution. We request that you first submit any such complaints directly to us through the relevant customer service desk or helpline.
